The engine is a full rage with a 32mm fcr. I bought it from another member on here so I cant take credit for the quad. except the carb!

We are building now for worcs. How does it run with that carb? Do you think it could handle more, or less carb on your engine? Need to get a carb for our build and can decide.

It had a 33fcr before, it runs so much better with the 32. My son is just learning the power. He has 2 raptors, his practice is mild compared to the rage built raptor. He can't handle the power yet, but he's only 9 so he has some time.

What kind of problems did you run into, intake, trottle cable anything like that? So will you go back to the 33mm in time? Thanks for letting me pick your brain.

No thats not a lonestar frame, the lonestar frame has a detachable sub frame, that one does not.

The 32 is the way to go for me. The engine hits real hard through acceleration. Throttle cable ( need a 450 cable), ( intake is the toughest go to a muffler shop after you mock up a system and let them weld it up. The gas tank needs spacers & the tank has to be heated and pushed in certain places.

I got a yamaha 450 cable on the race quad, and a honda 450 cable on the practice quad. I don't think it matters. Good luck

I'm running a 42 pilot and 142 main 2 clip pos/ tps cable just strap to the frame and make sure you have the hot start button installed, if not you will have a real lean issue.

Hello guys i have some questions about my sons 250. So far we have put a stage two cam and port /polish the head. its be punched out to a 291 and the intake has been ported to the o ring and the head is matching. we are still running the stock carb that has been rejetted the best we can and a full hmf exhaust. So i know i probley need a bigger carb but dont want to spend a ton. i was wondering if anyone knows what other bikes/ quads run fcr carbs a 32mm or 33mm or any other carbs that will work well, also if their is any other stuff i need to do or know please message me or put it on here. i need alot of help thanks a bunch.
