Looks like a stock ignition with an aftermarket counterbalancer/bearing holder with a timing advance plate.

That one is non-adjustable.
Adjustable ones look like this..

i wouldnt suggest it as it's a hit and miss with those particular units.

I'll 2X that.
If it wasnt for the riding at night & needing lights, you cant get a better ignition system than the CR250R change over system.
