Ive had issues with pump gas and my 11:1. Im running a different cam than you and that may make a difference.

You will just have to run an see...if you start getting a knock you will have to go higher octane. I have to add higher octane to to my 406 11:1 Wiseco, an had to when it was a 426 an 440 with 11:1...the 416 with JE 10.8:1 could run on 93.

Like stated above it's going to be different from bike to bike. Mines stock bore, 11:1 Wiseco, Ported/Polished head and full FMF exhaust and it runs best with a 50/50 mix of VP 110 octane race gas and 91 octane pump gas.

Start out with whatever the highest octane you can get out of the pump, see how it runs and listen for ping. Worst case scenario you have to mix a bit of race gas in, and it smells pretty :D

Im running an 11:1 weisco 406 overbore with a HC stage 1, and a few other things including a Wheelie +3 timing key. Mine only pings a little after it get hot from hard riding and the motor is lugging around with 93 octane.
