What's up with my new tires??

I just cracked open the UPS box with the new set of 22" Kenda Knarly's I ordered from Recreational Tires and it looks like they literally stuffed one inside the other for shipping?? I had to pry them apart. One of them looks seriously deformed as a result - it looks like a 18" on the inside and a 22" on the outside. Is this normal??, once they are mounted and have air in them will they staighten out??

My 2 new front razr2's were smashed together too. Together they were narrowere than they each would be mounted. So, their isn't anything wrong with them. They are just a little harder to seat on the bead that way, but not imposible.
