What size gaskets do i need to buy to install this? i bought the piston and rings and circilps but i need the gasket still. I'm having a local shop do the cylinder bore.

sounds good, is there anything i should look out for? my valves are noisy at the moment so i'm going to try to set them where they need to be with the 416 kit i have in it.

What should the valves be set at with a 11:1 426?

Also, should i just buy new valve springs since my quad is 10 years old and they've probably never been replaced?

No new valve springs more of a pain...Mine is a 2000 and it runs great with the 426...the valve setting will be with the piston you receive. And like my bro says "never throw that little piece of paper out...You never know when you'll need it" referring too the little piece that tells you the valve settings, hahaha;) Just clean the surface where the new gasket will be going, use a wire brush or a blade too get all the old gasket off make sure not to leave any big dings or chip it at all. than just put new gasket on and torque it too the right spec's...I would suggest a stage 2 hotcam if you dont already have one. the 426 really wakes the bike up. I also run 93 oct with it and a full HMF and it goes man!!!:D

yeah we will see what it looks like but i'm thinking i may end up doing new springs and seals since these are probably worn out, but i'll check into it.
