hey guys, i need some info, cant seem to find it anywhere. Gibson a-arms for 2005 trx450r...what kinda wheel travel do they get, and what length shock do they take? my bike currently has smc old style arms with PEPs. I'm looking to upgrade my suspension with fox floats and either walsh or gibson arms. i hear good things about walsh, but 1500 is alot of money. Let me know guys, Thanks!

the Gibson MX LT A-arms have around 12" of wheel travel i believe and use 19.75" shocks.
i am with you, i really like Walsh products, but man are the pricey!
i really like my Gibson's though, just make sure the kingpin bolts are grade 8. anything less and there is a good chance they will break on you. Like what happened to me, the guy i bouht the quad must have replaced them with ace hardware bolts

also make sure that the bolts are properly torqued and loctited and you shouldn't have any problems.
hope this helps.

unless you make a living racing quads save your money.i wish i could have a third of what i wasted on go fast goodies for quads. When you sell the bike you dont recoup anything hardly.just buy tires and the bare necessities.:)
