for your set up 3/2 to keep it close to the 50" width for mx...if you were going to go long travel +3 then 4/1 is what your suposed to use to bring it back to the 50" ish mark...but doing 4/1 on your set up is working backwards 2 inches

i know this is a dumb question but is 3/2 more off set than 4/1 or is the other way around?

I cant really list any pro's about running the 3/2's asides from its wider that way.

However, the pro's of running a 4/1 over a 3/2 is a bit considerable. For instance, running a 4/1 wont get as much mud caked in the front wheels in less than desirable conditions, and a 4/1 will also provide less feedback through the bars when hitting bumps....as well as be a slight bit easier on ball joints and tie rods when the going gets rough.

Hope this helps some.

i run 3/2 reason for that is hondas offset isnt quit 4/1 nor is it 3/2. its right in the middle i race xc and run stock width a arms so having the 3/2 offset gives me an extra inch of width

Would you be interested in some 3:2 douglas rolled edge wheels with some like new quadcross tires? The wheels and tires have 1 moto on them and I can sell them to you for a lot cheaper than new.
