Who lengthens stock swingarms cheap

looking to get my stock swingarm lengthened +3 since i only ride dunes and dont jump much, so why spend $500 on a new one. who does a good job for a cheap price. want to spend under $150. thanks links and phone numbers would be great :)

why you ask? because the stock one isn't any stronger then a toothpick. and welding aluminium makes it up to 50% weaker up to 2 cm away from the welds. or in your language almost an inch.

but since you say you don't jump very much. any is too much for such a swing arm, but.. contact your local machine shop. that is your best bet.

His name is Marty and he has extensive experience at welding. Company is Countryside Fabrication in Stayton, OR. Ask for a quote, tell him it is aluminum, and that Aaron told you to call him about it. I will try to get him a pic of a Z400 swinger but he can probly do it.
