400ex idle question,please help!!!

when i try to adjust my idle screw the idle speed does not change.can someone help me with this?

i would check and see if it the cable broke or if it came out of the spot it is supposed to be in. it is a bit hard to tell what the actual problem is, if the black knob wont turn or if it keeps turning with no adjustment. it could be either and can be different issues.

also if you are trying to turn the f/a screw the knob that would not cause much of a fluctuation in rpms since it is not designed for that. i have seen this done but most likely not the case here.

report back if possible with a bit more detail but my bet is that the cable broke inside there causing the issue.
