swing arm bolt

OK so i had to cut my swingarm bolt out of my frame and motor, i cut both the swingarm bolt parts out but i cant get the part in the motor out, i tried heat,pb blaster, mallet, I cant get it out, any ideas?

what i did was found a old drill bit about the same size as the inside of the bolt and wedged it in the bolt and heated the cases up and hit the drill bit. worked like a charm!

tried that today, still stuck in there, is the a coller around the bolt inside the engine? It looks like there is on mine, also the metal im gonna call it a spacer thats on each sides of the engine, is this removable, also is there bearings or a bushing inside the engine around the bolt, im debating drilling it out till its real thin

there wasnt nothing on the inside of my engine were the bolt goes thru, i wouldnt recommend drilling it out i would soak it with pb blaster over night and put it on a press, that should get it out.

what kind of a press? I only have about a 1/2" sticking out on the one side

there are 2 collar type pieces that press into the cases on each side, they are not replacable so do not break them. You can either drill the bolt out until it is thin or if you have access to a press you can try that

any type of bench press or floor press should work, just make sure it will fit in the hole with the bolt so you dont break anything

I got it out today! The problem was that is was seized to the one collar/spacer, so im assuming i cant buy another collar?

no they are not available seperate but if you need one i can get you one, i have a bunch of broken cases i could always press one out of

yea i need one, the bolts almost perm stuck in that one, i can swing by n pick it up
