LSR makes one for ~200 with the bearings already installed..

I had one that was made by "RAD" i think. I bought it years ago and I always has a tough time getting the dual row bearings to rebuild it because the company used a bearing from an S-10 pickup i believeis what I was told. Each bearing would have run me 90 Bucks..

Id save the headache in the future and buy one from a company that has rebuild jkits available(LSR, RPM.. ect), or if you dont pound the **** out of your bike, find a used stock one and then you'll never have trouble finding the correct bearings.

that's way to much for the stock replacement carrier, i'm not sure where you were looking, but those prices are sky high.

You can get a OEM 400ex carrier brand new for under 100 bucks on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-400ex-400-ex-250r-HONDA-AXLE-BEARING-CARRIER-/270682280598?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f05ebd296

here are the bearings for 20 bucks.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA-TRX400EX-TRX-400EX-REAR-AXLE-BEARINGS-AND-SEALS-1-/390244485468?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5adc62495c

both items have free shipping. save your money just put a new oem stock on in there and it'll ride for another couple years.

If you want a nice one I dont think anyone makes better axles and carriers than rpm.

Is your carrier toast???? If not just replace the bearing an seals. Last LSR carrier an bearings I bought was 130.00 from a honda shop, they are a big improvemnet over stock.

what do you mean "idk about anyhting off of ebay either".

those are stock oem parts that i linked bro.

you can go the expensive route that's fine i'm just saying your quotes were way to much for a carrier and bearings.

the ones you posed on there dont say theyre oem and have no info on them. idk about ebay because of the fact that theyre selling a "brand new" one for $300 less then the dealer is, i mean i know the dealers cost more but 300 more idk

the bearings you can get anywhere for like 20 or 30 bucks.

it's up to you i'm just trying to save you some money. I would hate to see you pay 300 for a new carrier and bearings.
