i know how quads can feel cramped for the taller guys and some end up going to bikes. whats the best wheeler for a someone over 6ft thats still a competitive sport atv?

You can make any quad fit with an extended stem and lowered pegs. In stock form, the KFX700 probably fits the bill the best. Only problem is it being an automatic.

I'm 6'4" and that Raptor 700 is super comfy. The Suzuki lt450r is pretty good too.

I'm 6'4" and just picked up a ds 450. Very comfy so far. Best quad was the Ds650 though and also had a Honda 400ex that was good once I put different bars on it.

Bikes feel a lot more cramped to me then quads just because you sit so far up on them and I have a hard time shifting because my feet are at weird angles...

what application are you going to use it for, MX, XC, Recreational Trail, dune riding, drag? that is going to make a huge difference on what you get, a raptor 700 is great.....unless your looking to do mx, a 450 is great, but if your doing heavy rocky trail riding you might want something with more clearance and independent rear suspension.

I agree with Scro when he said you can mod any bike for your size, very easily and inexpensively at that.

also....whats your budget?

6'4" and ride a 450R with +1 stem, GPR = +2 and have CR bend handle bars. Also have IMS pegs which do a little lower. I feel more cramped on the YFZ, but it's still rideable. I felt too tall for a KFX450, and kinda tall on a KTM. A CanAm doesn't feel too bad either. Never ridden a Polaris 450

I'm 6'2" and the kawi 450r is good for me. I just put a +1 stem on it and some nerf bars and it lowered it...feels good.

I have an 08 LTR450 w/risers and Pro Taper mid bends (higher than stock). My upper body feels great, but sometimes my knees get sore from being a little cramped.
