Yes, these are +1 as stated in the title. Yes they are OK for XC racing, that is what I used them for. They are about 2 years old.

what length of shocks did you run?

what is your bottom dollar that you want for them?

A-Arms are standard travel so any stock legnth shock will work. I ran stockers revalved and resrung by Hygear. My bottom dollar is $250 plus shipping. If paying by PayPal buyer is responsible for PayPal fees.
