So let's see what kind of ridiculous/possibly true, stories are floatin around right now. I've heard a lot of people are just not even racing because of nobody wanting to pay riders.

I know this is a quad forum but.

Barry Hawk is retiring. Hate to see it. Was hoping someday he would race quads again.

Does seem like some companies aren't offering much as far as sponsorships an actually cash pay contigencies. This will all probably pick back up when the economy and stuff picks up.

I actually bought a dirt bike to ride when the quad is down. I bought the darn thing and then the top end went out after riding it for 3 hours the day i bought it. Lets just say i haven't ridden it since. and ironically the EX hasn't been down since the bike broke... lol I'll never buy another bike. I am re-building my atv right now!! Check out my thread in the EX section!!

Word on the streets is that almost all pro riders will be on the new Kymco mongoose 450 next season.

It would be great to see all the pro's get together and ride somethign like that and say F off to the big four for not participating. Or just ride hybrids and give credit were credit is due ( the aftermarket companies).

This is a joke.. Kmyco doesn't make anything but crap... It'll never happen.

So very true if it wasn't for companies like Nac's, K&K, Duncan, East Coast,LRD, Baldwin just to name a few the sport wouldn't have evolved to were the factories got invovled again. do it once shame on you twice shame on me. bring back the open pro class hybrids, R's run what you brung

they did the kymco thing at a national in 2004. They gave all of the pro's that wanted to ride one, a quad, and gave them a few hours to set them up, and then they raced. Almost all of them broke, but it was very funny.

I know Pillote won't be on a KTM......

You'll see a young Pro from the Westcoast make his debut in NEATV along side him....
