My 09 already has this mod. Did the guy that I bought it from do this or did it come from the factory this way?

yea its for a car
nice tight fit
I dont know if 09's had upgraded bushings
If I know polaris , prob not, someone prob modded that????

you can go buy the bushings from a. zone for $24
and you will have an extra just like me
then get some alum to make the spacer
and some alum flashing to block off the grease fitting
that came on the opposite side of the bushing

I encourage everyone to do this mod its quick and easy
but for one person , $20 you wont have to work for it , wont have to buy any alum , and wont have an extra bushing sitting in the tool box
