Will Two Bros M-7 work on 01?

I am new to quads and was woundering if any one had any idea if the Two Brothers 400EX (03-07) slip on M-7 Slip on would work on the 01? The picture they have on there web site looks like the same setup as the 01.

should work fine for you. i like that exhaust, make sure you give a review of it when you put it on. steve

I'll def give a review and pictures before and after. I have been thinking about puting the M7 on for a while now. I have my quad 100% taken apart to paint the frame and to do cosmetic mods so figured this was the perfect time to get a new slip on. My buddy has an M7 style on his street and trail bike sounds real good hopeing it will on the EX as well.
Now when I put it on do you think I will have to change the jet? as of now it has a aftermarket slip on ( name sliped my mind ) and seems to be running fine im unsure if the owner before me had changed the jet.

if it has not been jetted i would suggest doing so. I would assume that if it had one on it, it has been done and would not require another jetting change to just run a different slipon. I would verify this though before assuming that it has been done. steve

I have never jetted anything and have no idea about jetting. How will I know what jet to install? If If I'm running the two bros M7 and a k&n?

check your carb and see whats in it now. if it has a 148 main jet in it, it was not rejetted for the slip on. Start there first. steve
