id take it apart make sure nothing else has been damaged.. ps found it cheaper on servicehonda.

this link is a complete list of parts needed all parts should be replaced but its up to oem or your specifications then just replace whats real bad

I did ALL the parts 2 years ago and its been fine since!! or replace just the one way clutch and take your chances!!!
