I searched the forum and found that people with the same symptoms I have had this problem . Replaced there starter clutch and it fixed it. My starter spins sometimes and doesnt turn the engine over, it always starts but im sure it will quit starting eventually

Mines doing the same thing, starter spins, but it will only turn the engine over once... its also making a crunching/metal on metal sound, does yours do the same?

Get your parts from servicehonda.com. They have good prices and ship fast. I believe they only make an oem starter.

to do it right you need a number 3 and number 4. many people just put in a number 5 and get away with it for a while but it will go out faster if that is all you put in it.

you should buy a sparks key it comes with a flywheel puller ,BAM! you got a puller and a boost in performance.
