Throttle cable

Do you guys know which throttle cable to order for these bikes?
My daughters bike has an insanely hard throttle on it, I have already gone to a honda 400ex thumber, and removed 4 coils. But it didnt help much and now there isnt enough spring tension to snap the throttle back so I'm thinking its got to be the cable but I dont know which one to order.

Someone help me out please.

The Honda throttles are better and cutting springs off of the cable will help soften it as well. The cable could need alil lube sprayed down in it. WD40 is the perfect solution for this.
