Other than water what's some ways to make the ham taste better?

get you a lard bucket. I mix coke and water 50/50. bring to a boil. Put the lid on the bucket and wrap with a sleeping bag. Leave it for at least 24hrs.

best ham I ever ate.

honey, clove, salt, pepper, garlic and maple syrup....and as much crushed red pepper as you feel it needs to match your heat.

coco-cola, a sleeping bag for 24hours huh? got to try that. there`s got to be a story behind that style..

1 ham, 20oz bottle of 7-Up, and a crock-pot.

cook the ham on low with the 7-UP for 6-8 hours. will fall apart in your mouth and has great flavor

I hope everyone knows I'm talking about a country ham. I wouldn't try this with a regular ham.

Yeah..it's an old timey way of cooking. I got the recipe last year and loved it. Believe it or not, when you uncover the bucket the water and ham will still be to hot to touch.

You wrap it with as many sleeping bags and blankets as you can.

in a crock pot with some orange juice. or in a cooking bag with orange pineapple juice in an out door cooker. cooked nice and slow tastes amazing.
