i know this is wayyyy off topic but how do you pronounce Ohlins. I alway say oh-lens. i figure its wrong. anyone know the correct way???

They are both good shocks as long as you buy their high end models. I wouldn't recommend buying any shock without resivores. If you don't have the cash I'd wait you'll be much happier :cool:

I had works triple rates without rezzies and now have ohlin's piggy backs that are preload adjustable only. They are a huge difference. They stand up to much bigger hits. Low speed ride is worse(mine are valved really firm) but the overall feel is better. Can't really discribe it but I likes it:D

a shock without rezzies will heat up much faster and then ade and be pretty much useless, i experienced this at my xc race last sunday. I am now going to try to get some ohlins from a cannondale blaze hopefully.:rolleyes: , I might have to talk to jeff about that.
