do a aftermarket cyl. and throw in a 4mil stroker crank to make it a 462. add afcr 39-41mm a full exhaust and web 540-540 or 540-539 or do the rhc cams and set the rev limit to 9500 and you will be happy!!

if that can be done also +1 the intake valves with rhc valves
04 450r intake boot, NOSS adaptor on a FCR carb, no air box
remove the shrouding from around the valves and clean up the ports

it should get ya up near 55 hp

the set up now was athena 440 12:1,stage 3 hot cam 39 fcr, some rev box don't rember what kind?

it's to to slow!!! he has a hard time keeping up with stock 450s

i'll check the cam specks. i was worried that adding a stroker crank would'nt let the motor rev on top.

do the +1 valves help much on these heads? sending the head in monday for a five angle job then a port

according to eddie and ron a +1 does allow it to flow better

rhc offers the best valves for this motor ,ron once told me if i can ware them out i'd be the first one to do it.

dont let any one you have work on it lap these valves regardless of what they think

yes rhc ferra coated valves are the best the stroker wont keep it from reving but the cams and exhaust deffintly will im in the process of changing cams and exhaust now for that reason!!
