well I finally got my bike running again and I had a couple questions. first I cant get my clutch to slip at all. when its parked and I shift it into gear it jumps and stalls, when I pull the clutch when im moving it does nothing. The springs feel tight and the lever feels perfect.

2nd I got a tiny bit of burnt oil underneath my pipe. I have tried everything I cant get this damn pipe to stop leaking. I bought the TLR hammer pound gasket matieral things with an aftermarket flange and still a small amount of residue. tried rtv before, orings, rtv and orings.

3rd How much of a diffrence to iridium plugs make? I bought one from rmatv once so I installed it on my bike and it feels so much more responsive.

here are some before and after pictures I didnt really spend a ton on it I just fixed the little odds and ends that weren't complete from when I built it. it blew chunks out of 3rd gear in august. I got the trans cryoed and micropolished.

Mine was doing that to, The cable was so stretched i had no more adjustment. And its prob not your pipe, Do you have a aftermarket exh flange, most have o rings and they get old and flatten and they leak. Also in the pics looks like you need to thread those top balljoints in, alot of thread sticking out. It would handle better.
Nice bike BTW

the bottom pictures are before I put the tie rods in and adjusted the wheels they were pretty halarious at that point. the bike didnt run in those pics. there is a bit of threads out right now but I like the wheels at the angle they are. plus I find it wayy to hard to get the damn ball joints out of the spindle.

well the actuator on the bottom is moving back and forth so I think the cable is fine. the clutch pack was sitting stuck together for almost 5 months. I never seperated them I think i should have now haha.

well I opened it up and got the clutch fixed. turned out to be the washer between the clutch hub and the basket had fallen out when I was installing the clutch and got stuck and locked the basket and hub. very rookie mistake on my part.
anyway

I needed some jetting advice.
I got a 38 a/s
68 bore LRD bottom mid ported cylinder

i got 50 pilot, 178 main, needle on 2nd clip form the bottom.

my bike temp runs at around 190-200. i know it is rich.
