New to a 450r

i just got my 450 and its got like 2 spots to pit oil in it on the right and the left what kind of oil should i use Please Help

The side with the little window is the engine side which i run 10w-40 honda oil..the other side is the tranny side and i run the Honda geal oil (red container) in that side but many people run oil in that side as well just make sure you use an oil without molly in it so it dosent hurt your clutch. hope that helps.
