Many companys make rear linkage that will lower the quad and make your shock perform better.. look onto gtthunder. I believe he has one for xc and one for mx

I have a walsh subframe on my bikes and it lowered my seat a inch. But i have a walsh rear end and its alot lower than a stock bike. Yes walsh stuff is expensive but it is top notch and you will not have a problem with any of their products.

X2!!!! Walsh EZ Link or Savior swingarms are hands down the ONLY way to go for MX (maybe JB Super-Link). The Savior is my choice of weapon. it makes the rear end handle and perform 100X's better

If you want a lower subframe, find someone who is good with aluminum and have them shave 1/2" off lower subframe mounts and it will drop the rear end a little over an inch...

Gt thunder MX link is gonna be your cheapest and easiest way right now. Itll give you a lower stance and more travel. Great product for the money. Then when you get the cash like said above. Walsh or JB stuff is Top notch and handles amazing.

if your really tight on money i did this.. since your bike is already an 06 buy a stock rear linkage from an 04/05 and only use the dogbone (link to swingarm)with your 06 link this combo will lower it an inch or so and works great!

GTT is good but you will also need a airbox riser or you will smash the airbox
