06 trx450,any ideas?

i just got a 06 trx450,doesnt run? it turns over good.and sounds like its making good compression,but theres oil blow-by and coming out the overflow? could it be the topend? valves? this is the way i got it.and i got it for very cheap so i cant go wrong.so far it has ims bumper,hotcam stage 2,tires,bars,asv levers,n-motion pipe,nerfs,plaining to make a nice mx bike out of it.any ideas on my motor problem?

Do a leakdown test. Despite how it "sounds" the rings could be bad.

im hopeing its just rings,could it be the valves? and if its the rings,should i just put a new topend or just rings? well i guess that deppends on the condision huh?
im a new to the 450rs,just sold my 86250r,so just trying to get alot of info,so i no what im doing when i tear down the topend.

Do piston,rings and intake valves- make sure you have the intake seats cut for the new valves!

your crank case is building pressure and blowing oil out the vent hoses. the only way to get crank case pressure is from blow by off the piston. likely your rings are so bad the thing wont run anymore.

Do a top end re-build on it.

but hahah i only paid 1900.its a 06 with a title.i couldnt go wrong.so if anyone has a some parts.

I've always had decent luck out of Wiseco. Def. sounds like it needs a piston and rings, and I'm sure the valves need some attention.

well i did a compersion test.had absoulty noting.i could stick my finger over the spark plug hole and it wouldnt even blow my finger off,well im ordering a wiesco piston and rings and she should be ready to run! :D i cant wait,this is my first 450 so i cant wait to rip it up!!!

Valves. Don't forget them. They're as important as rings in a two stroke.

i valve are good.has a hotcam stage 2,and everything is in-spec.so it must be the rings
