Thiking about getting a z-400

help me please i have a blaster my dad said i might be able to get a new quad this spring. i am think either a z-400 or a 400ex. Right now i have a 2001 Blaster people tell me i couldnt handle a blaster. But i handle it fine so what do you guys think. i am 5.7 and 127 pounds and i am 15. please help me Thanks o yea toby i forgot i cant start anything. :grr

Get the Z, you sound big enough to be able to handle a Blaster.:ermm:

The Z is a good quad... how bout u try to ride a 400ex and a Z and see which one u like best... me myself personally the Z is an awesome quad.. but i like green better so I would get the KFX400 myself since their pretty much the same hehehe

Get the Z, i love mine, everythign is soo smooth about it, i mean dont get me wrong the ex's are really nice but the z is faster stock and IT HAS REVERSE that was the bigge for me on making the decision

either would do ya fine. main concerns would be:
1) how much you wanna spend initial buy
2) how much ya wanna spend after ya buy

pluses for the Z400:
1) reverse
2) liquid cooling

pluses for 400ex:
1) well established aftermarket
2) cheaper to mod

true the Z400 is a little faster outta the box. but in the long run you'll spend less cash on the 400ex to make it fast.

i am not realy concerned about how fast and how much cuz u know my paretns are buying it i am not even sure if iam gonna get one but if i do i wanna have my mind made up! i hope i get! i told my dad i didnt mind having a blaster but it is 2 stroke and the are kinda hard to start in cold weather in the snow i wanna get traction. i also told him i am tired off runing out of gas in the woods and having to get somebody to pull me home. so maybe and hopefully i will have a z buy spring or hopefully i will have a ex. thanxs for the help guys
