The port that gas comes out of when you undue the fuel drail screw, is that also the overflow on a stock 400ex carb? Mine started leaking and I dont know if its my needle and seat or if something is wrong with the drain screw. The o ring is fine on it but maybe the tip wears down or something?

ive seen the tips on the drain screws wear causing them to leak, you'll just have to take it off and check the float may also be sticking open allowing excess gas overfill the bowl causing it to leak. if i were you id dissasemble the bowl and clean all the main parts with carb cleaner and see if it helps.

ughhh, called my honda dealer and looked at the microfiche and you cant buy just the fuel drain plug screw you have to buy the whole bowl for like $100. gay. Crossing my fingers hoping its just the fuel valve.
