Gaming Headset

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a headset for my ps3 for games like COD. I know a lot of you all play and possibly have and use headsets. I think I would prefere a 5.1 surround sound style set with a mic. What do you all use? And what do you recommend. I would like to stay around 120 dollars or so. I've done some research already but would like to have some more imput!

i've heard the turtle beach sets are supposed to be the best. if i need it quiet i usually just plug in my skull candy's into the surround sound outlet.

my girlfriend got my Turtle Beach X31's last year. Not surround sound, but they are still amazing. I love them. I got to a point where I couldnt play the game without them because you can use them to your advantage so much

Thanks guys! It's not for quiet it will be just for the advantage as SJorge said. I'm looking at the turtle beach px21. The reviews seem to be pretty good so I am leaning that way. And they are only 65 bucks from amazon.
