Whats Wrong With Me??

i woke up this morning around 9 and my leg was numb from my knee down.. and its beel like that alll day and its 8:00 now. whats wrong with it??? quick help would be nice!! thanks caymon

doctors cost $$$ and i dont have any of that, maby i did get abducted by aliens...? who knows. and no havent done anything that i think could do it, its gone down to a tingling in my foot and when i touch it my foot feels like im rubbing sand paper aginst it...

Good luck with it, just take it easy and take some ibuprofen and you should be ok.

Take ibuprofen and do cat stretches to relieve pressure off your lower back. Chances are it's a pinched sciatic nerve. The odd part is that you are only feeling it in the lower portion of your leg.

The main thing is to take the ibuprofen to relieve any inflammation which may be causing the nerve to be pinched and taking pressure off your back by stretching (try doing a pull up or just hanging from something).
