As the title states.
I want to get atleast 5+ acres and would like to put an Mx track on it for myself my son and friends.
My question to you guys is where?I am located on l.I. New York and am willing to travel 6ish hours in any direction.I will use this property strictly for play and would LOVE to have a house and a garage so we can leave our quads,gear,and equipment there.
Obviously the cheaper the better,idealy 50k to 75k would be awesome.
