how should i cut my fenders

Freex ur's is prett sweet looking with thast maier hood..my favorite way for people to cut them is this.. this quad looks awesome with fenders cut like they are. (freeride's) back in the day..

Has anyone ever tried to cut the front edges off the front fenders? I mostly ride trails and want to do some XC . I would like the opening of the front to see where the front wheels are going but keep the mud throwing protection of the full rear of the front fender.

this is how I would cut the front
and the back I would loop around and cut off the back mounting hole.

i personally think they all look ugly unless u get a hood for them. the headlights make them look whacked with cut fenders

Foxrage, you got right idea, thats how I cut mine off, and after you cut the fenders off, us a torch a long the cut edges to round the corners its also a good way to remove any flaws that were made when cutting them.

I have cut like 5 sets of plastic now and i think the torch really makes a difference. I usually file it down till it can get it nice then sand it a bit then use the torch to get it the look that makes it seem like it came that way. Also Im thinking about trying that Chrome door trim for cars to put around it.

I thought the same thing, my brother was trying to talk me out of it, after awile I had to many crashes:D so I was forced to cut the fenders, and sence then I haven't ran into any problems with mud in my face, I get more dirt and mud on the back of my pants then I do my face
