Plastic Renew tricks?

Okay I have been trying to find a forum for this but haven't found one... Doe's anyone have any tricks on how to keep a shine on your fourwheeler and how to take out huge scratches... Thanks!

Sand the plastics down, and then go over them with a heat gun. You want to melt the plastic very lightly, giving it it's shine back. Avoid getting the plastic too hot, as it will lose it's form. You can do it with a propane torch, but it's more likely to melt the plastic too much.
