It seems to me that the price has really dropped on the LT80 and KFX80 in the past 6-9 months. Has anyone else noticed this?? (at least in my location, Kansas).. I have been trying to sell a modded out '06 with a TON of extras and I can't even get a bite on it at $2K.. I have nearly $5K in it. The matching twin was sold last year for $2300 and this one has even MORE extras on it. What is the deal??

1) economy.
2) many better machines made than the poorly suspended LT80 nowdays. :(
Last one I bought and fixxed up, I sold for $1200. I was very happy.

I understand the economy to an extent but there is still alot of "buyers" out there. Also, the suspension has been "fixed" on this quad with +2 arms and works suspension.. Do you just keep dropping the price until you basically give it away or put it in the corner and forget about it for a few years (hoping the LT80 market will improve)

I'm not too familiar w minis yet, but for $2300 I as a parent would rather invest in a DRR that I can get a ton of parts for and have a competitive machine out of the box.
$2600 for a new race ready DRX Liquid cooled 90 or $2300 for a used 4yr old LT80?

Unless things have drastically improved with the DRR quads you will need a large stock of parts.. We had one of those in our group last year and it broke every single weekend. It it wasn't one thing it was another. In the mean time I ran two LT80 with zero issues.
