I have a JP no-link frame. The Axis shock that is on it measures 16.5" center to center.

Thanks. How you like it? I have a KTM with a no link and I think I wanna go that route on my other quad too.

It makes a great trail machine. No linkage to hit the rocks. I plan to use my JP for a super moto. I had a Walsh no-link a few years back that I used for TT racing. I have both link and no-link frames. Both have advantages.

Is the NO link frame different bw. the different aftermarket frames? Roll vs. JP/LSR... Who made a kit to convert a stock frame to no link? I forget was the kit Walsh?

My Walsh was a lightweight TT frame only. The top shock bracket on my JP is up high versus a stock 250R frame. My cr500 Laeger frame is up high like the JP too. I am not sure who makes a kit to convert a stock frame. I would think it could be done.

KOQ RACING makes a no link that works with a stock 88-89 frame.they are 299.00. and use a 16.5 inch shock for a little over 12 inches of travel

Does the KOQ swingarm work good on the 250R? I'm looking for the best performance in sand and desert whoops. How long are the KOQ swingarms frome center to center?

Many years ago PEP sold a link that mounted to a stock swingarm that eliminated the linkage. They would revalve and respring your stock shock. My point is that the stock top shock mount will work for a no link set-up.

I know Michael and many others know, but you can run a Roll Lobo No-link swingarm on a stock chassis with a 15.5" shock. Both the straight swingarms and gullwing swingarms have the same geometry and can both be used. It works excellent in the whoops.

Here it is on my '89.
