You have to replace your needle valve (fuel valve) and seat in your carburetor, thats the only real way fuel can get into your oil on a carbureted bike. The fuel valve goes bad so the bowl keels filling when you shut the bike off and fills the cylinder with fuel and eventually makes it down to your oil.

when it locked up the oil tank was completely full. now i caught it in time and it was just a tad overfilled.-----------------is it possible the first time it happened? there was so much gas in the oil it just now started to clean all the gas out of all the little pits in the motor?

kind of possible but if you ahvent figured out how it got there the first time not much should have changed right? Or did you change anything else when you rebuilt it?

i had a guy go through the whole thing for me. he knows his **** too because he is good buddy's with ken kornwell from rocky ridge racing in Kentucky they are the ones who build bill ballances motors and carbs.
