450r complete or roller opinions

I have an 05 honda 450r that is in mint condition. It has less then 30 hours from new and purrs like a kitten. Im not having much luck selling it complete so I was thinking about pulling the motor out and selling it as a rolling chassis. What is the value of the motor and of the rolling chassis? Id like to have 2800 complete. I have a clean title and located in nw missouri. What do you guys think i should do? Any and all opinions are welcome or offers on it would be great too!!!

If it is mostly stock i would say it's worth more complete....
Now if it's loaded up with after market parts then it's going to be worth more to take your time and part it...
It's just a bad time of year to sell, i would wait until tax time if you can...
