Both easy to install, The MSD even easier IMO. I have had both. Dont waste your money on a PCV go with the MSD it does fuel AND ignition all in one. Just 1 simple plug into the ecu and thats it. Search around and check ebay they go for $315 new at some places. If you're dead set on getting a PCV i have one for sale since I'm using the MSD now lol.
