Shipping A Quad

Might be a dumb question but...... who ships quads? do you have to use a frieght company like csx or abf? can it have fuel in it? does it have to be secured in a crate or pallet?

You can ship with someone like Conway.
Strap it to a crate and let it go.

I shipped my banshee with a mom and pop type shipping company. $500 (much more then a crate) but he came to my house, put the quad in a enclosed trailer, had me sign some papers and off it went.

when I sold my sons drr 50 the man who bought it was having it shipped to puerto Rico, the price was right around 500, It was a motorcycle shipping center, did have to be crated and drained of any gas or oil. because it was going on a plane

At A-T-v--Sc-e-ne they have a report on a shipping company.
I checked into it. 4x6 area and it must roll. Phoenix to Erie Pa. was around the 500 mentioned in other replys.
Door to door.
I ended up not needing them but it was a good option.
