Need Help!!

I Was taking my handlebar master cylinder, brake block off with the Phillips head and it stripped how can i get that out?:huh

This is how I have been able to get them out, but you have to have the right tools. I took a dremel tool and cut a new slot in the screw then I took a hand impact and got the screw to turn out with it. A hand impact is a good starting point for any screws like this it help prevent stripping then head out.

I used a screw extractor.I think I went to Lowes/Home Depot, and bought the extractor kit with 3 reamer/extractors in the kit made by MAKITA.

Sorry to ask but whats a hand impact and were may i get one, lowes? marvins?

I got mine from Sears but most auto parts stores have one.
