Looking for parts to upgrade the suspension on my sons TRX90. It is currently all stock, I've seen where alot of the mini's are using the brake setup from 400's and A-arm setups from 300's, possibly some rear suspension upgrades also. I don't have alot to spend, so no junk parts please, but would like to do all that I can. Let me know what you have or any suggestions you might have, as I have never done a project like this.

What type of racing are you doing? I have a used Robbs racing dual arm kit that will be for sale soon. It will make the front end 48 inches with a 1x4 offset wheel.

Mostly Harescrambles and trails at home, I think that setup would be to wide. Thanks for the reply though

I have a full Kids on Quads front end for sale, brand new kit with 4 races on it! (1 hour XC races) Mint condition, black powdercoated. Im pretty sure it makes it 42" wide with 4/1 offset wheels. Let me know if interested

We are at 42" with KOQ setup. And that is with 3/2 offset. Im pretty sure you can probably get it at 40" with 4/1,but then you rear will not trail properly.
