Still wont start? Please help

Thanks for the many responses my course of action will be to check the following:
1. Coil
2. Gas Cap breather
3. Fuel Line
4. Jetting

HOW DO I CHECK THE JETTING? Where is it in the carb and what should I look for?

We are going to fix this thing together, boycott the shop mechanics because my 2000 400EX is a money pit.
