Longer kicker

I saw somewhere that ESR was thinking of making longer kickers.

Just thought I would share that we did try this already on my bike and I personally didnt like it. We extended mine 1" and the added length seemed to effect how many revolutions I could turn the crank with one kick. I actually had a harder time starting my bike because it turned the crank slower so it took more effort on my part to spin it fast enough to fire.

Lasted one national and that thing was back on the shelf.

I heard the ESR ones are gonna be about 5/8" longer. That may not sound like much,but I'm sure it will help. I'm pretty sure that ESR has done enough research to make sure they are right.

I can see it being a benefit when you start getting into the big 350cc+ motors with high compression.
