I just recently bought a toy hauler from a friend. It is an 03 31' Playmor Sportster.
My friend only raced for about a year so this thing sat at their house not being used since 05.
It is in great shape other than a leak formed at the front somewhere and the wood in the front and about 6 feet of the front paneling on both sides in the front are rotten including the front roof panels.
The wall paneling doesn't bother me about replacing them, the ones I am mainly worried about are the wood pieces on the roof that are rotten. It is covered by some sort of rubber roof top and I am hoping I can replace all the rotten wood working on the inside and then reseal the rubber on the roof.
Has anyone replaced anything like this on a trailer before? Any tips to help me out?
