A-arms

Can the lower A-arms be swapped side to side and upside down, in order to make the shock mounts on top? Possibly both upper and lowers swap sise to side and upside down? Is there any reason this wont work? Ball joints will bind maybe?

I dont pretend to understand the geometry involved in suspension sorry if this is a retarded question.

I beleive some people have removed the lower shock mount, and had them welded on the top of the lower a-arm. like the SSR a-arm's. but i beleive it would not work flipping them, it would change the angle of the ball joint too much.

as far as your ? no they cant. right and lefts, upper and lower have only one play to go. But, yes anything can be fabed. you can make anything work if you have the tools and the know how.
