Well ive been saving for a long time now and i finally got a new truck. Its a silver 2007 extended cab f150. I need some rim and tire opinions. Im for sure doing black wheels and im going with either xd rims, pro comp or xd monsters. and tires probably bfg km2 but i like the look of nitto trail and mud grabbler but not sure how long they will last. Give me some opinions on rims and tires post pics too

I had the nitto trail grappler's on my dodge and they were amazing. They had very little road noise, wore great, and hooked up like no other. I just bought a chevy with mud grapplers on it and I couldn't be more displeased with them! They are really loud and wear terrible. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone. I don't know much about the km2's other than the thing's I've heard, which has been nothing bad.

I'd say go with the nitto trail, or check into the toyo open country M/T's.
One of these two will be what goes on my truck as soon as I get the money.

If I were you, I'd look at other wheel options. Everyone is running XD rims these days.
I've heard a lot of great things about the Toyo Open Country M/Ts and the Dick Cepek FC-2 tires.

No one is running spinners any more these days. i'd say thats your best option on wheels.

Look at Ultra wheels. They are nice.

as far as tires, Nitto Terra Grapplers. i have heard good things about the Trail's as well. Mud Grappler's are junk. They are so noisy you will need ear plugs, and the wear on them is horrible. I have a buddy with them. I could not be more pleased with my Terra's. A lot of people around here have them and love them.

Toyo Open Country M/T's are nice as well. my next door neighbor has them on his Dirtymax and I like them.

If you want a mud tire that hooks everything then the best one is the firestone MT, they are unstoppable.

I would do the nitto trail grapplers myself.

If you want some 33's then you can fit them with a bilstein lift. I just did one on my buddys 2010 and it worked great and was rather easy.

The Nitto Mud Grappler's are Sweet they are a little Noisy but if u what something more Quite get the Toyo open Country. and get a nice Pair of XD rims. my buddy did 20in XD Hoss Machined Rims with 33 toyo open country on his 2011 Dark Silver Toyota Tocoma TRD Sport and it looks bad*****. im not a Toyota Fan but this Truck would make me buy one

I guess thats the general consensus. They are just classic 8 hole or so wheels that everyone used to run.

IDK Im guess im just to old school. I like classic polished wheels. Then again the ones I linked are also functional-they are VERY strong and thats important to me over looks since I use my truck like a truck lol.

Hey to each his own, the fancy ones aint my thing but if it makes ya happy then go for it.

Here is a pic of my new toyo mts and xd monsters. I'd stay away from mud grapplers like someone said before they wear pretty bad. I've heard of people getting 20-25k out of them.
