Tool box question

Does anyone know if a 2002 tool box will fit a 2005.

Honda has different part numbers which would indicate a change.
2003 and up. BOX ASSY.,83500-HN1-A20
2002 - BOX ASSY., 83500-HM3-000

Any idea what the difference is? Wish I could pull the prints to see the dimensions.

I would think i is is close to the same if not completely. I didnt think anything was changed over on the left side of the subframe to make it fit any different. they may have made the cover a bit tighter or something on 05. steve
