Well, in an effort to end some of the bashing, this thread is for all the domestic car owners. no arguing, and no trucks. trucks have several threads already.

99 Trans Am

coming hopefully soon: tune and electric cutout

1993 Pontiac Firebird Formula
LT1 6-speed
75k miles
Stock with a filter.

Trans took a poop, so cars off the road at the moment. Getting a trans rebuild, and possibly new paint or exhaust this next two months.

Nothing crazy but I love driving it:p

*Don't mind the mess, this was taken right after we moved the shop*

Domestic of what? Canada.... do they even make cars...? I own property in Ontario and see how everyone loves their loud imports and it's quite funny. Sticker flames, 6 inch fart cans, rear wings a foot over the roof and retarded body kits. I think Canada is worse then Japan when it comes to race rockets. I love bein in Canada but from what i've seen, all the young people must thrive on all the Fast and Furious videos....

Well I see the request for no trucks, and no bashings is being adhered to quite nicely...

3 of my Domestics are trucks. a Dually, a Sub, and a Freightliner, so they dont qualify for the thread.
My other Domestic is a '56 Chebby, but it's a back-burner project now, and not really worthy of pic's for now.

nice F-body's,.... I'm jealous !

Willing to separate? How much would you want for the trans? I was going to rebuild mine but for the right price, might just buy another.

Nice F-bod's guys.

My 95 Trans Am 355 project car. I have owned this car since 2007 and pulled it apart to put new rings and a clutch in it and the end of 2007. Annnnd yea, lets just say my quad is more important to me, quad mx is my passion, and this car can sit as long as it wants, I cant afford a fully built national mx quad AND a car. So since 2007 I have drivin the car for a total of about 4 months. But the way I see it, quads get old over time, you need a new quad to keep up, but as a car sits, it stays just as cool as it was when you parked it. So maybe it will be finished sometime in the next 5 years :D . It has fully forged internals, ram powergrip clutch, comp cam, fresh heads, valves, springs, gm performace timing set, roller rocker setup, nirtrous, srp pistons, cold air, ... list goes on, but everything is sitting in boxes!

Yes the "riced" out cars are popular... mostly in smaller towns though, surprisingly enough. You get the occasional one in downtown Toronto, but most of the really bad ones you see (or see on craigslist) are from smaller towns.

Theres a thread on the Toronto Subaru Club in which we all make fun of these cars, either by posting up ad links we see, or by in person pictures haha

Hopefully one day i can contribute to these threads with pics, etc.
Im trying to pry a 93' foxbody LX notchback out of my aunts hands, it just sits at my grandmothers house, never gets driven anymore since she got her new focus. It only has a 2.3 in it at the moment but the motor and everything else that doesnt make it go any faster is coming out eventually once i get it

I know street/strip foxs are a dime a dozen......... but i dont care, they make for fast little rockets:cool:

Don't really have any updated pics. Since these it's got a 2'' drop Eibach suspension and a few minor motor goodies. I'm either going to be in the market for an 03/04 cobra or turbocharging the stang. For the price you can't be the power of a turbo, especially for 2k for the complete kit ready to install. Most guys are hitting high 11's on street tires running 9-11psi. Not too bad IMO. Also the cheap projector headlights are no longer in there. They came with the car. Also toying with the idea of selling it. I've had the car out since early April and just now broke 1,000 miles on it for the summer.
