Happy Turkeybird Day from the far left side.
(geographically that is,..... certainly NOT politically that's for SURE ! LOL).

I'll be doing 2 "Trash Can Turkeys" today.
One 23 pounder, and another 14 pounder ! :eek2:

Will 37 pounds be enough for 5 or 6 people ??? :blah:

Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday, shared with Family and Friends.

We are heading out to the desert in the morning for 3 days of fun with about 15 to 20 rigs.
At last count, it was about 7 or 8 Rhino's, 2 new Commanders, 16+ quads, 10+ bikes, 2 or 3 buggy's, 1 pre-runner, and a Class 1 car.
We'll probably look like a scene out of a Mad Max movie.
Should be alot of fun.

Eat big, Ride hard, Be good, and remember to Stay safe.

Trash Can Turkeys are a success once again !

Here's the "Drunken Bird".
I injected it with a mixture of 1/2 a bottle of Bourbon ( 1/5th ), 1/2 a bottle of Mesquite liquid smoke, and then a Mesquite dry rub on the outside.

Covered with Trash can, and piled on 20 lbs of coals.

1 1/2 hours later,... Golden Perfection....

Ha no way same for us to all the same stuff and lots more. The prime rib rules! I want some now! :blah: We get fresh jumbo shrimp from Mississippi gulf coast from Biloxi relatives and they taste a million times better than the stuff you buy in a bag at stores.

Ron ... I can honestly say I've never seen that done before. You'll have to send me the information on how to do that. Looks like it turned out great.
