I like the hood better. But if you ever use lights then you will need to get some trail tech torches. Did you have to cut the plastic to get the hood on?

i like the light look. only way to roll imo. I always like the lights unless they are on the bars then the hood looks nice. steve

I'll let you know, I just bought a 450r quadtech hood that I'm going to try and fit to my 2001 Fenders with some cutting/jimmy-rigging. If it doesnt work out, ill hit you up for sure.

The second gen look is growing on me though.

The second gen race cuts look OK in the side view.
Not from the front though.

I just fit the quad tech 450r front hood on, still lots more to do before the spring.. This is only a back-burner project when i'm not working on my 450r.
